Pensacola Beach Trip

Earlier this month I set out on a short getaway to Pensacola Beach with Ashli and her family. This couldn't have come at a better time. It did my soul good.

                                    I highly recommend Peg Leg Pete's if you ever travel to Pensacola..we actually went twice..it was that good!

                                                 It was a bit gloomy but we didn't let that stop us!

I truly love all of Anne Brashares books and this one is no exception. This is a continuation story of the "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" girls. They have all grown up and this chronicles their lives as adults. It was an easy read and had the love, friendship traveling through life vibe that I love in a book.

                                                     Beach time with friends is the best!!!

                                           McGuire's Irish Pub was so much fun! The atmosphere is so unique and the food was amazing! Beware: The bathroom doors play a little bit of a joke on you...if you don't read carefully you might just enter the wrong one and of course I DID!!!

I also highly recommend McGuire's...so yummy!

This was such a fun and much needed little trip. Thank you Ashli, Ms. Lori and Nona for taking me along!!

My best friends are MARRIED y'all!!


June 29, 2013- I am so thankful that I was able to stand by the side of two of my closest friends as they said "I DO" What an awesome thing to celebrate love and God's promise. Everything was beautiful and so much fun! Here are some pictures from their big day!
